We will accept returns and/or exchanges for items damaged in transit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We will notify you via email upon receipt and inspection of your returned item. If the return is approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. If refunded, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item . If you are approved, then your replacement , or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 days.
